Construction of store rooms and changing rooms for the ICU staff under the washing area for OT Over 100,000/year directly and indirectly The staff will be benefitted by having proper changing rooms, The space available at the ICU will able to be utilize optimally for patient care by having proper storage facilities.
Construction of retaining wall (Stage 3) Over 100,000/year directly and indirectly Ward complex and nurses quarters will be safe and it will be beneficial for both staff and the patients
Construction of ambulance garage with rest rooms for drivers & other staff (Phase 1) Over 100,000/year directly & indirectly The ambulance drivers and the other paramedical staff will have rest rooms in good condition which will improve their employee satisfaction. This will help to improve the services for the patients as well.
Expansion of the PCU/ETU building (The balance work) Over 100,000/year directly & indirectly. The patients will be benefitted with expansion of emergency care facilities and will be able to save the lives of many patients who are having life threatening conditions. The staff will also be benefitted with availability of more facilities for the staff including rest rooms etc.
Construction of boundary wall (Stage 2) Over 100,000/yr directly & indirectly The land will be secured and buildings closer to the boundary wall will be out of danger.
Elevator to NICU Over 1000/year directly and indirectly All the babies who are admitted to the NICU & the staff who work in the NICU will be benefitted.
Construction of Medical Officer Quarters phase 1 Over 100,000/yr directly & indirectly Occupants of the quarters will be able to live in a more comfortable, more hygienic and safer environment. Therefore, the employee satisfaction will be high. This in turn will benefit the patients.
Installation of a fire detection system & protection for for new OT/ICU building. Over 100,000/yr directly & indirectly There should be a fire alarming system in order to prepare for a disaster. The safety of the patients, staff, equipment will be ensured as a result of this fire alarming system.
Construction of exit road of the hospital and the road beside the OPD over 100,000/year directly & indirectly. The construction of internal road system will be useful for the patients as well as the staff.
Construction of gate number 01 and boundary wall in front of the hospital over 100,000/year directly & indirectly. The construction of a gate and boundary wall in front of the hospital will ensure the safety of the patients as well as the health staff.
Construction of a staff quarters complex (Phase 1) Nearly 800 health staff will be benefitted directly Occupants of the quarters will be able to live in a more comfortable, more hygienic and safer environment. Therefore, the employee satisfaction will be high. This in turn will benefit the patients.
Construction of Fifteen Story Ward Complex with two wings (Phase 1) over 100,000/year directly & indirectly. The patients will have well organized more spacious ward complex to get their treatments. The hospital land will be able to utilized optimally.
Hospital Health Informatics Management System Development over 100,000/year directly & indirectly. Introducing Information Technology to the patient care will help to store and retrieve data easily. It will also help to improve the medication safety and will reduce the risk of medication errors.
